On Saturday 25th April 2009 approximately 30 Faith leaders in Derby came together at the Multi-Faith Centre at the University of Derby.
This was the first gathering of its kind to be held in the city and represented a significant milestone. The conference included input from Faith leaders in Leicester and a keynote address from Derby’s Hafiz Fazal Mohammed, and gave an opportunity for the leaders to express some of their hopes, concerns and aspirations for the city.
