Do you have a story to tell about your faith community?

Do you know someone with a story to tell about theirs?

We are looking for people who can share their stories and memories about, for example:-

• What it felt like coming to Derby
• What your first faith meeting was like
• How you practised your faith when you were few in number
• How your faith community has developed over the years
• How your place of worship was planned and built
• How it feels to belong to your faith community now
• How Normanton has changed
• Your hopes for the future

What are we going to do with the stories and memories?

We want to collect the living histories of the faith communities in Normanton to ensure they are not lost.  We plan to produce an exhibition or film, or leaflet to share the stories with the wider community, so that we can learn from each other.
